Hilla y Bern Becher eran una pareja alemana conocida por sus fotografías de edificios industriales. El carácter cientifico y objetivo de su proyecto fue parte del regreso a la estética de los años 1920 y1930

Los Becher han emergido como una influencia llevada no solo por su trabajo pero también, particularmente en la ultima década, por la extensión de varios alumnos extraordinariamente exitosos.

Hilla and Bern Becher were a German couple best known for their photographs of industrial buildings. The objective and scientific character of their project was in part a return to the 'straight' aesthetics of the 1920s and 1930s.

The Becher have emerged as a leading influence not only for their work, but also, particularly in the last decade, for the extension of their project by a string of extraordinarily successful students.
