Estos son algunos de los ganadores de los premios Daylight Photo, una competencia internacional de fotografía enfocado en presentar trabajo tanto análogo y digital. El ganador deberá demostrar su abilidad para formar un fuerte trabajo fotográfico que sea coherente.

EVENTS ON PHOTOGRAPHY: Paris Photo

 




 Paris Photo se creó en 1996 y es la feria de arte más prestigiosa dedicada a la fotografía histórica y contemporánea. Esta feria se celebra cada año en el Grand Palais de París a mediados de noviembre y en Estudios en Paramount Pictures en Los Ángeles a finales de abril.

Fotografiska - Un foro para la fotografía.

En Fotografiska, se esfuerzan por ser un centro vital para la fotografía contemporánea. Su ambición es exhibir fotógrafos de renombre mundial, muchos de los cuales nunca se han mostrado en Suecia. Situado en el corazón de Estocolmo, el museo cuenta con un espacio de exposición de 2.500 metros cuadrados, y cuenta con 4 grandes exposiciones al año y aproximadamente 15-20 exposiciones de menor importancia. En Fotografiska, su objetivo es atraer e inspirar un diálogo sobre la fotografía a través de exposiciones, seminarios y cursos. At Fotografiska, they strive to be a vital centre for contemporary photography. Their ambition is to exhibit world-renown photographers, many of who have never shown in Sweden. Located in the heart of Stockholm, the museum has an exhibition space of 2,500 square meters, and features 4 major exhibitions per year and approximately 15-20 minor exhibitions. At Fotografiska, they aim to engage and inspire a dialogue on photography via exhibitions, seminars, and courses. EVENTS ON PHOTOGRAPHY: The 2013 International Fine Art Photography




El programa The International Fine Art Photography es una competencia con una mision clara, la de descubrir nuevos talentos en la fotografia find art, para proveer reconocimiento y exposicion y apoyar a los fotografos emergentes para que continuen con su passion.
Estan invitados fotografos de todo el mundo (18 años y mayores) para que compartan su major trabajo, a color o blanco y negro, utilizando cualquier proceso fotografico o estilo de camara.

The International Fine Art Photography program is a competition with a clear mission—to discover new talent in fine art photography, to provide recognition and exposure, and to support emerging and mid-career photographers in following their passion.

United Photo Industries, Photo District News (PDN), y Brooklyn Bridge Park le dan la bienvenida a su nuevo socio, Flash Forward Festival, ya que una vez más se unen para curar y producir THE FENCE 2013 - la exposición fotográfica anual durante todo el verano al aire libre que atrajo a más de 1 millón visitantes durante sus 10 semanas organizado en el Brooklyn Bridge Park en 2012.

Los fotógrafos de todos los niveles están invitados a presentar sus mejores series de imágenes que capturan la esencia de la "comunidad" y entran en una o más de las categorías de la competencia: Hogar, calles, la gente, las criaturas, el juego.
Todas las imágenes serán examinadas por un jurado de renombre internacional y las imágenes ganadoras constituyen la cerca, que está en expansión este año para la creación de una nueva ciudad con dos instalaciones públicas fotografía!

United Photo Industries, Photo District News (PDN), and Brooklyn Bridge Park welcome their newest partner, Flash Forward Festival, as they once again join forces to curate and produce THE FENCE 2013 – the annual summer-long outdoor photo exhibition that drew over 1 million visitors during its 10 week run at Brooklyn Bridge Park in 2012.

Photographers of all levels are invited to submit their best image series that capture the essence of “community” and fit into one or more of the competition categories: HOME, STREETS, PEOPLE, CREATURES, PLAY.
All images will be considered by an internationally renowned jury and resulting images will make up THE FENCE, which is expanding this year to a new city –creating TWO public photography installations!

In addition to our 1000ft long photographic installation displayed in Brooklyn Bridge Park in NYC, we are partnering with Boston’s Flash Forward Festival, to produce a special curated version of THE FENCE, displayed along the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston – offering even more opportunities for visibility for all participating photographers.
